Do’s:-
Stop your original drops
Try and undertake normal activities
Bend, but avoid strenuous exercise
Drive, if your vision is satisfactory.  However, you may your vision is blurred immediately after the operation, because the pupil is dilated from the drops.  Also, the prescription in your glasses may need changing – wait 3 months for everything to settle down

Dont’s:-
Get water in the eye – shut eyes in shower
Rub the eye as this will increase drainage perhaps
excessively.  If the pressure is little too high, I might ask you to massage the eye.
